Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with operations, maintenance, support, and development of Windows-based IT environments. You will become an important part of the team ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure, as well as contributing to the implementation of new technical solutions.

The tasks include among other things:

• Operations and administration of Windows environments
• Troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving
• Maintenance and further development of existing infrastructure
• Participation in implementation and introduction of new systems
• Technical documentation of completed work
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality in delivery

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a structured and solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in technology. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with the development and improvement of IT environments.

You have good teamwork skills, work independently when required, and are accustomed to documenting your work in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience in system administration in Windows environments
• At least 1 year of work experience in troubleshooting and error handling in Windows environments
• Experience in administration and operations of Windows Server
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Group Policy (GPO)
• Experience with PowerShell for administration and automation
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

Meritorious

• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
• Experience with SCCM/MECM
• Experience with Azure or hybrid Microsoft environments
• Experience with large and complex IT environments
